Who are You?...This is a good time to ask Yourself what it is that You declare to The World. I AM Love. I AM Peace. I AM Happy. I AM Rooted. I AM Free to Be Me. Affirm whatever your “I AM” Statement is to Yourself daily. This is a small commitment You can make to magnetize Your essence of being. Consider doing this for 1-10 minutes in the morning before You start your day. You can even do it in the shower, the most important thing is that You make time for Yourself to get in tune with the inner You.
Spring has been a late bloom, which means you have extra time to go within before summer sets the skies ablaze. Cooling us into the summer months, Mother Nature has had a plan of her own. Let’s lean on her wise ways to do and accomplish tasks that need to be completed in our own time. Slow down just a bit to listen to your body.
