September has arrived and The Green of The Summer is still paving the way for growth. Looking at relationships-both family and friends…these dynamics are in the atmosphere. Enjoy your time and remind yourself to stay present, this is all about being in the moment. Don’t get too far ahead, life is moving very quickly and certain layers are falling away on a macro and micro level at this time.
Make sure to get outside and breathe in the fresh air. It’s important to remember that making room in your life is also very valuable. It allows for something new to come into your orbit. If you’re finding yourself mourning the loss of a friend, relationship or opportunity, consider this opening a space to place something new that is more in alignment with who you are being in THE NOW. You will know what to keep and what needs to go, if only for the moment.
It’s also key to remember that in order to honor Your Heart you must also align your actions with what your heart is asking you to do. Take inventory. Where are you honoring your heart in your life?
